Join the River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin for an afternoon of trick-or-treating at local downtown businesses in River Falls. Show off creative and spooky costumes and enjoy tasty Halloween treats! Participating businesses will have the bright orange 2019 Trick-or-Treat on Main poster hanging up at their location prior to and during the event.
