Mindful Transformation: Personal and Community Well-being Tuesdays 6-7pm: 6/24 Awareness, 7/1 Hotspots, 7/8 Boundaries, 7/15 Going Forward Designed to sustain and uplift those who care for the journey of deep, societal transformation. Learn methods for active self-care, as well as channeling feelings of anger, outrage and contempt into actions of love, community building, and positive change. Through mindfulness exercises and supportive discussions, build resilience and find renewed energy—because transforming the world starts with sustaining yourself.
