Children are invited to explore yoga-meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and deep relaxation through games, music, movements and play children will learn strength balance flexibility and self-regulation. For kids ages 4-10, $20/class or $60 for all 5 classes 

Minimum registered participants to run the class: 5; Max 15
