Join us as we take our Yoga on the Road! Inspiring Actions will be visiting local businesses to hold a yoga class in their space and to learn about our amazing community of small, local businesses. First up, I AM. Healing. Harmonic Egg in Hudson, WI!
Saturday, Oct 26th from 11am-12:30pm
Schedule:
10:30am: Doors Open, please arrive at least 10 min early
11am-Noon: Yoga
Noon-12:30pm: Social Gathering & Tours
Please bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. Water + electrolytes will be provided.

About Harmonic Egg Owner, Shelly Benda:
I have been on an exciting healing journey for many years now. When you open your mind to alternative health, many modalities are placed in your path. I found The Harmonic Egg while listening to a podcast while walking my dog. I knew instantly this was something I needed to share with the community!
Fun facts:
You will never have the same experience in each Harmonic Egg session. While the Harmonic Egg is actually a giant shaped egg, the Harmonic Egg is not the way Mork from Ork came to Earth! But it kind of looks like a spaceship! You do not need a "reason" to use the Harmonic Egg. Although its a nice acceleration to heal if you are looking for help physically, mentally, or spiritually. The benefits to sound healing are endless!
