Building Teams That Work

Teams are a staple in today's workplace. Learn the components of a successful team and the stages of its development. You will master skills to effectively manage projects, make decisions, and solve problems in a team setting. Understand the pitfalls of unhealthy group interaction and how minimize its effects on your team.  This is a noncredit course, led online by an instructor.  Two lessons are released each week for six weeks.  Course includes interactive online discussion and final exam.
