After a gentle warm up, you will lie down for the practice and be led through a systematic relaxation technique. This process will allow you to drop into a state of mind between wakefulness and dreaming where you tap into your unconscious mind.
Yoga Nidra is referred to as “Yogic Sleep” or “Conscious Sleep.” It is the deepest form of meditation where you enter a profound state of receptive relaxation. Research shows that with continued practice, Yoga Nidra can support:
